Essencial’s Coaching credo is to help individuals become the true creative force in their lives, overcoming in the process any obstacles that might stand between where they are and where they want to be. My ultimate vision is to allow people’s essential greatness to naturally unfold from their inner world to the outer world, independently of their initial circumstances.

My private coaching practice supports my work with the wider community. As a volunteer for the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of British Columbia, for instance, I facilitate Suicide Prevention Workshops in high schools. Similarly, until recently, as part of my commitment to making coaching available to all, I volunteered my services at Friends for Life, a Vancouver–based association dedicated to enhancing "the wellness of individuals living with a life–threatening illness by providing complementary and alternative health and support services".
