I am Sophie Bizeul, the founder of Essencial Coaching. I am a professionally trained coach with a background in NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis. I graduated from Erickson College as a Certified Solution–Focused Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. I am also an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. Lately, I have started an independent training in Self-Relations Therapy, attending several of Dr. Stephen Gilligan's hands-on workshops. As a lifelong learner dedicated to personal development, I have also participated to a number of Anthony Robbins’s events which have allowed me to take part in 4 firewalking experiences and one 50-foot high pole jumping challenge! Finally, my constant thirst for knowledge has led me to start a Master’s program in Coaching and NLP, my dissertation topic being "The Hero’s Journey in the context of mid-career transitions."
