I am Sophie Bizeul, the founder of Essencial Coaching. I am a professionally trained coach with a background in NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis. I graduated from Erickson College as a Certified Solution–Focused Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. I am also an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. As a lifelong learner dedicated to using the best in personal development, I have been studying Anthony Robbins’s remarkable tools and technologies for a number of years and have attended a number of his events, which has led me to take part in 5 firewalking experiences and one 50-foot high pole jumping challenge! My constant thirst for knowledge has also led me to start a Master’s program in Coaching and NLP, my dissertation topic being "The Hero’s Journey in the Context of Successful Voluntary Midlife Career Transitions – Modelling Effective Strategies for Following One’s Bliss". Finally, I have recently become a Certified Implicit Career Search Coach/Trainer.
